Marco Physio

That was zen, this is now…

That was zen, this is now… Marco Physio is a team of London professionals, dedicated in providing their clients with exceptional physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports rehab and yoga services. Marco, The director, visited Junior with visions of creating an identity and website that reinvigorates and redefines the physiotherapy industry. Junior approached the website as a meditation lifestyle service as opposed to the traditional overwhelming medical practice, full with unnecessarily complicated jargon. This has allowed potential hesitant and anxious customers to feel more confident in getting the right service for them. Each of the four speciality practices available at Marco’s are broken down in a user-friendly way with modern, clean and bright visuals. To continue this trust between client and customer, Junior shot all website photography, highlighting each individual service whilst having a tranquil, friendly feel. A crucial part in telling Marco’s identity of prioritising the body first is shown through the logo. The contemporary typography is inverted, forcing the viewer to start to move: the beginning of their physio journey. Junior also designed the therapist uniforms for all the Marco team, which includes a heart rate illustration representing good health. Ted Baker Tonics

Creating a spritz with a lasting impression…

Creating a spritz with a lasting impression… Quirky and quintessentially British icon, Ted Baker, came to Junior to collaborate on a completely new vision together: to transform men’s bulky glass perfume bottles into a series of modern compact travel fragrances. The gentleman’s hip flask became the main source of inspiration for Junior in order to keep it masculine and dapper. The body of the bottle is slim, making it ideal for travelling in a blazer pocket, yet has a big face which helps to keep its value and purpose, almost like a utility tool. The design for each of the three Ted’s Tonics bottles is based around the idea of alchemy and is therefore inspired by the world’s most prized materials; Gold, Silver, and Copper. Additionally, Junior design a series of folding jackets for the limited edition range. Each jacket is made from a precious material, such as linen backed paper and leather, all of which has a lifespan and will age charmingly with each spray. SOMETHING: Packaging Design

A cut above the rest… Masters in the art of the full Turkish shave, Ted’s Grooming Room is a series of twelve highly acclaimed barber shops based around Central London. Junior was approached by the founders and Ted Baker to create a website that showcases the various treatments available and selling a suite of home barbering products (also designed by Junior), whilst offering an insight into the unique interiors of each location. Every location was photographed individually to capture the minute detailing that makes each store distinctive. The various barbering services were brought to life via a set of eight treatment films shot and directed by the Junior team. Orla Kiely

Spritzing up a blast from the past…

Spritzing up a Blast from the Past…   Honoured and esteemed, Orla Kiely OBE is renowned for her unique retro prints featured on everything from homeware to clothing to handbags. Both Kiely and KMI brands (manufacturers of the Eau Du Perfume) approached Junior to envision Orla’s iconic style into a range of physical products (candle, diffuser, and perfume). They envisioned something that is modern and clean yet still had that sense of classic nostalgia to it. Junior formed the concept direction, enhancing Orla’s reminiscent colours into a range of mature and refined products. Through maintaining the same iconic patterns, colours, and rhythms, Junior transformed physical representations of Orla’s designs into functional products, such as the 1960’s inspired plastic red perfume cap. By keeping it simple, clean and minimalistic, Junior retained the same recognisability and charm that is oh-so-common with Orla’s work. SOMETHING: Packaging
