First Class Delivery… Our friends from the big apple, Modern Post, are a full-service post-production company, working with a long list of clientele that includes Marc Jacobs and Dior, just to name a few. Modern Post contacted Junior to refine, refresh and redesign their identity and website. Inspired by a traditional letterbox envelope, Junior created a contemporary minimalistic logo. With the same mentality, Junior designed a sophisticated website that was visually clean, enabling the work to be of sole focus. The fullscreen video display, minimal copy and simplistic categorising of each editor’s portfolio allows Modern Post’s work to speak for itself. Extracting the best of the best… Founded in 1993 by Bruce Townend and Paul Watts, the Quarry is arguably the most creative and awarded post production house in London. Junior was tasked with developing a new website that manages their vast video library whilst showcasing the work and character of each individual editor. The concept leads with fullscreen moving image and a sliding navigation mechanism that enables users to flow seamlessly through a curated landing experience. Each member of the team was photographed under Junior’s art direction and their work archived in clean minimal frames that allows their individual styles and character shine whilst remaining consistent with the Quarry mother-brand. Clearing the way for greatness…   Named the ‘UK’s Best Post Production House’ at the Broadcast Awards, Clearcut Pictures have been delivering award-winning programs for 20 years. Editing everything from factual to drama to feature films, Clearcut came to Junior needing a modern rejuvenation of their identity. Junior designed the logo with ‘A Clear Cut’ in mind, homaging the physical representation of the editing process. Driven by the same style, Junior continued to implement this onto their branding, stationery and packaging for all three Clearcut locations, essentially repositioning the production house into a contemporary setting. Clearcut and Junior’s relationship has since continued as well as also working with their partner brand, Clear Motion. Setting everything into motion… A new business venture for award-winning Clear Cut, Clear Motion specifically specialises in Motion Graphics, using multi-platforms to produce unique and original content. With a range of designers from a range of backgrounds and passions, they create everything from design titles to content graphics to promos for TV & films. Clear Motion came to the Junior studio seeking an identity that was less mainstream and matched their new wave, tech personalities. Junior designed the logo with the mindset idea of slashing and shearing clips together, homaging their sharp editing process. The website and stationery are created with dark tones to envision a moody and underground feel yet with an air of sophistication to it, helping to attract a broader edgy audience.
